The creative services manager is the organization's brand guardian, leading all aspects of creative development. They ensure consistent, effective use of brand visuals, maintain templates and digital assets, and manage multimedia vendors. Partnering with peers and project leaders from Growth and Operations, they shape the visual identity of marketing campaigns, proposals, collateral and project deliverables. Candidates will need to provide a link to their portfolio to be considered for this position. Primary Job Duties: Create, manage and educate on brand assets, to include ownership and oversight of the brand guidelines as well as all templates, typography and visual content requirements rolled out to staff Provide creative strategy and art direction to Growth and Operational teams Collaborate with fellow MarCom managers and strategists to launch marketing campaigns Build and maintain company's digital asset library, including images and collateral Hire and coordinate all multimedia vendors and oversee expenditures for creative production Design documents, deliverables, presentations, infographics and illustrations as requested Create short-form videos, to include managing production, scripting, storyboarding and creative oversight Position Requirements BA/BS in graphic design, fine arts, publication design, marketing, communications, journalism, digital media (Preferred) 6+ years of experience Competency: Advanced Communication Advanced Interpersonal & Relationship Skills Advanced Professionalism & Integrity Advanced Work Ethic and Reliability Intermediate Self-Management Intermediate Customer Experience Intermediate Adaptability and Growth Advanced Marketing and Brand Strategy Advanced Project and Program Management |
