Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: OverviewFormFactor is seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Manager to lead our Mechanical Design Engineering team. This role is responsible for driving the development of next-generation Production RF and Analytical wafer probing products. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with deep mechanical engineering expertise to guide a high-performing team in delivering innovative, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions. This position plays a critical role in shaping the mechanical engineering roadmap, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams to meet business and customer needs. Pay may vary in other locations.
