Summary: The Associate Director, Foundation develops compelling content, campaigns, and messaging to engage donors, prospects, and the broader community. In addition, the position supports philanthropic initiatives through visually compelling design and multimedia storytelling. The Associate Director develops print and digital materials, manages creative projects, and produces engaging graphics and videos that bring campaigns and donor stories to life. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is required, along with experience in video editing and project management. The Associate Director collaborates with Foundation staff to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials that inspire donors, engage the community, and strengthen philanthropic impact. QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). Salary Range: Minimum 41.25/hour - Maximum 41.25/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
