ROLE SUMMARY:
To continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Sr. Supply Chain Demand & Planning Analyst to join our growing organization. This position will be part of our Supply Chain Operations team, responsible for a variety of activities including management of the production master schedule for the Planar Platform, production finite schedule for planar production and consumable kitting. In addition, this role will perform Supply Chain/Operations analytics for the business and will be specifically responsible for the demand and supply planning for bead, planar, instruments and consumable revenue streams for Quanterix.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Work under the day-to-day direction of the Planning Supervisor and Director of Supply Chain while being responsible for cross functional management of the manufacturing production planning
  • Set production priorities with the cross functional team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), customer requirements
  • Able to collaborate between Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Internal Process Testing (IPT), and ATS Teams to set priorities and schedule job orders and testing to complete the end to end manufacturing process to meet kit cycle time targets
  • Create and maintain job orders in the ERP, job orders should be reviewed for accuracy and monitored through production process to ensure manufacturing is utilizing FEFO and following lot requirements specified by the planner
  • Monitor customer orders and provide expected due dates to the customer service team for both internal and external customer orders and schedule with kitting or manufacturing teams appropriately
  • Manage and maintain a schedule for upstream and downstream manufacturing processes and activities.
  • Analyze and maintain safety stock for all make to stock products
  • Attend Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings and able to escalate issues and concerns to the leadership team to help drive completion of critical tasks needed to achieve revenue and kit output targets quarterly and year to date.
  • Monitor expiring materials and disposition materials accordingly while meeting scrap objectives.
  • Create and maintain monthly demand planning / forecast and collaborate with the commercial team and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for holding monthly meetings to review the demand plan with the commercial and internal stakeholder teams
  • Create tableau reports and data views in Syteline to track key operations reports and monitor performance
  • Participate and provide input the monthly S&OP Reporting and Presentation with the leadership team


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • APICS and/or ISM certification
  • 3-5 years of experience in planning role within supply chain in a manufacturing environment


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Very strong analytical and excel skills
  • Ability to create tableau reports is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, record keeping and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within cross-functional teams as well as be a team player.
  • Possess ability to learn and master complicated concepts quickly and comfortably.
  • Able to generate high quality data under tight deadlines.
  • Have a collaborative and proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer and database skills.
