Technical Project Manager, Senior The Opportunity: An effective program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle and understands the technical aspects of the systems under development. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. As a technical project manager on our team, you will work directly with clients and an integrated, multi-functional team to develop new energetic systems and refine existing systems to counter unique mission sets. You will focus on the full life cycle of projects from initial concept design through testing and eventual deployment. You will be responsible for the proactive identification of project risks, assess quantitative data, develop presentations and dashboards to communicate project status to sponsors, manage project budgets, develop and track detailed schedules, monitor and manage scope change, assess risk and facilitate mitigation plans, and manage stakeholder communications. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
