This Position reports to: Segment Sales Manager PassengerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on driving long-term growth, building sales pipelines and market share of our propulsion systems globally. You will establish and enhance close relationships with shipowners, -designers and brokers. You will also lead team of 4 to 5 Segment Sales Managers. Ideal candidate for this position has a holistic understanding of sales activities and processes in maritime industry and is familiar with a variety of ship segments.
