This Position reports to: Field Service EngineerYour role and responsibilities As a Service Engineer, you will execute service work on rolling stock and energy storing systems with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standardprocesses, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in closecooperation with customers and other ABB teams, acting as the technical pointwhile delivering quality and satisfying customer service. Reporting to the Head of Field Service, you will be responsible for providingroutine maintenance and on-site or remote technical support. The positioninvolves approximately 50 days of domestic and 30 days of international travel,as you will be providing hands-on assistance at customer sites.
