Join ASML as a Manufacturing Technician and help build the technology that powers the world's most advanced semiconductor equipment. In this 1st shift role (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday), you'll work in a cleanroom environment assembling and qualifying complex systems that drive innovation across industries-from healthcare to energy to consumer electronics.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on building and improving high-tech systems. You'll follow established procedures while contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assemble and qualify complex mechanical systems according to specifications.

  • Monitor and report recurring issues during production and collaborate on solutions.

  • Follow technical documentation and communicate updates with engineering teams.

  • Support pilot production and transition to volume manufacturing.

  • Apply diagnostic knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

  • Execute daily plans and tasks assigned by team leads.

  • Assist in training new team members and share best practices.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanroom standards.

Education and Experience: To succeed as a Manufacturing Technician, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or GED (minimum requirement).

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical components and precision tools.

  • Familiarity with SAP and LabVIEW systems is a plus.

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and data.

Other Information

This is a full-time, 1st shift position (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday). You'll work in a cleanroom environment under ISO standards, wearing full PPE throughout your shift. Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds, working on ladders and platforms, and operating equipment such as cranes and pallet jacks.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Additional Responsibilities:

There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.
