Production Technician

Staffmark is hiring motivated Production Technicians to join a growing team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Clinton, TN.

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)

In this dexterity-driven position, you'll play a vital role in assembling spare tire harnesses that support the automotive industry.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble spare tire harnesses with speed and accuracy
• Perform repetitive hand and finger movements requiring dexterity
• Inspect and test completed parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Meet daily production goals while ensuring high product quality

Job Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for 10+ hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
