- Manufacturing and Production Technicians utilize both manual skills and specialized tools to fabricate and assemble intricate mechanical and electrical systems in support of engineering designs.
- These professionals are frequently needed to assist with sophisticated mock-ups across various locations and engage in the installation of new or upgraded attractions.
- The role is highly technical and necessitates advanced training in mechanical trades.
- Assist with mechanical fabrication and assembly of complex prototypes under supervision.
- Support project tasks including mock-ups, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Show a growth mindset by learning new responsibilities and accepting feedback.
- Work with QC and Engineering to resolve issues and ensure assembly standards.
- Propose ideas to improve workflow and see them through implementation.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with machining, welding, and mechanical assembly of various mechanisms
- Minimum 2 years of industry or project experience
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical fabrication and assembly, preferably within the robotics, aerospace, or automotive sectors.
- Experience working collaboratively.
- Uphold strong communication, transparency, and integrity in a team setting.
- Technical skills gained through relevant industry work or trade school/college projects and clubs.
- Ability to safely operate basic fabrication equipment such as drill presses, manual machining tools, and woodworking machines.
- Proficiency in using and interpreting calibrated assembly and measurement equipment including torque wrenches and callipers.
- Competence in reading and interpreting fabrication and assembly drawings
- Technical training in machining, welding, or mechanical assembly
- Ability to operate safely in industrial settings, familiar with PPE.
- Proficient at reading fabrication and assembly drawings
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Mastercam software.
- Capability to design straightforward components and mechanisms.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as an A&P License, Welding Certification, or SolidWorks Certification.
