Collaborate across Pregis' organization to maximize value while protecting the environment. This role will advance and operationalize our 2030 and 2040 goals including net zero carbon emissions, zero waste, and 100% sustainable product sales. This position reports into the Chief Sustainability Officer. Responsibilities
The Candidate This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for sustainability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously. They must be able to communicate complex data clearly and support Pregis' sustainability goals with sound judgment and execution. Education Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or environmental data analysis. Experience with lifecycle analysis, carbon accounting, and regulatory compliance preferred. Familiarity with sustainability platforms (Emitwise, Compass, Watershed, Tableau) is a plus. Personal Traits Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Passionate about sustainability and continuous learning. Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis' total compensation package.
