Advantage Technical is seeking a Non-Production MRO Supervisor to oversee inventory control and materials management in a unionized manufacturing environment. This hands-on role supports maintenance, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives by managing spare parts, tooling, and non-production materials (NPM).

Pay: $29.13 - $29.73/hr

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional OT, Sundays, or holidays as needed)

Responsibilities:



  • Manage NPM inventory and reduce excess or obsolete stock
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and oversee material disposition
  • Handle shipments, receipts, and vendor invoice issues
  • Address non-conformance and supplier follow-ups
  • Review tool store requests and cancel unnecessary orders
  • Coordinate with vendors for inventory and warranty support
  • Assist with cycle counts, audits, and system accuracy
  • Train staff on inventory processes and support WCM activities



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
  • 2+ years in warehouse supervision and union manufacturing
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to lift 40 lbs and work in industrial environments
  • Knowledge of spare parts, inventory systems, and WCM
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
