Advantage Technical is hiring a Crimp Technician in Irvine, CA.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined technician to support the production of medical devices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality-focused production.

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $23.10/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Set up, operate, and maintain automated production equipment
  • Monitor materials, clear faults, and troubleshoot process issues using HMIs
  • Prepare jobs to meet delivery targets and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Perform measurements to ensure product tolerances using precision tools
  • Support new product transfers, equipment validations, and process improvements
  • Follow GMPs and SOPs to ensure safety and compliance
  • Maintain a clean work area and collaborate to resolve production issues



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or associate degree
  • 2-4 years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with automated systems
  • Familiarity with discrete assembly, robotics, and quality processes
  • Solid math, communication, and problem-solving skills
