Advantage Technical is hiring a Crimp Technician in Irvine, CA. We're looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined technician to support the production of medical devices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality-focused production. Shift: 2nd Shift \| 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Pay: $23.10/hr Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain automated production equipment Monitor materials, clear faults, and troubleshoot process issues using HMIs Prepare jobs to meet delivery targets and maintain accurate inventory records Perform measurements to ensure product tolerances using precision tools Support new product transfers, equipment validations, and process improvements Follow GMPs and SOPs to ensure safety and compliance Maintain a clean work area and collaborate to resolve production issues Qualifications: High school diploma or associate degree 2-4 years of manufacturing or production experience Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with automated systems Familiarity with discrete assembly, robotics, and quality processes Solid math, communication, and problem-solving skills Why You'll Love This Job: Enjoy weekly pay, a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability), 401(k) options, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and the opportunity to help shape innovative medical technologies.
