Machine Learning Engineer

The Opportunity:

As a programmer, you know that machine learning is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support DoD operations. As a machine learning engineer on our Global Defense team, you'll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data.

In this role, you'll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You'll grow within a large community of machine learning engineers across the company and collaborate with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software developers to deliver world-class solutions to deliver solutions to real world problems. Your skills and technical experience will help your clients navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Development, or Data Science, including in a professional or academic environment

• Experience with programming languages, including Python, java, or C++

• Experience with using AI frameworks, including Pytorch, Tensorflow, or Jax

• Experience in working with Agile methodologies

• Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design or Edge computing

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in Generative AI, including LLMs, Fine-Tuning, or RAG implementation

• Experience working in a team environment for Git, GitLab, or GitHub

• Experience scaling data engineering across distributed computing clusters, including Apache Spark, Nifi, Dask, Airflow, or Luigi

• Master's degree

Clearance:
