Overview

LMI is seeking a skilledSenior Management Analyst to support the Office of Health Security (OHS) under Department of Homeland Security.Successful candidate demonstrates competency in supporting the client in software acquisition program management, budget planning, critical thinking, relationship management, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. This is an Onsite position at the client site, located in Washington, DC. The candidate must have an active Secret security clearance and be able to obtain DHS suitability.

Responsibilities

    Lead a small team supporting software acquisition program management.
  • Lead in managing the Risk Registry and gain information from stakeholders.
  • Support the program management in development and management of acquisition documentation, including AA, SELC-TP, APB, PMP, TEMP, and other documents needed in accordance with DHS acquisition lifecycle.
  • Support data collection and analysis to prepare financial information to support development/coordination of financial and budget documents, including but not limited to resource allocation plans (RAPs), and spend plans.
  • Support in development, and review of program spend plans, and conduct of recurring reviews of execution of program resources, including periodic reports on the allocation, status, tracking, commitment, obligation, and expenditure of funds.
  • Support the program in the development of the updates the annual market research.
  • Support development and update of the Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE).
  • Takeinitiative,effectively solve problems,and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Travel as required.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in science, technology or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or software development using agile methodology.
  • Active Secret security clearance and be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
  • Experience and familiarity of a government acquisition lifecycle management (DoD or DHS).
  • Proficiency in using MS tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Target salary range: $132,000 - $143,000
