Are you ready to take your analytical expertise to the next level? We're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on turning raw, complex data into actionable insights and driving financial efficiency across IT infrastructure projects. This is not your typical BA role-think data-driven strategist, financial analyst, and process innovator rolled into one.
What You'll Do As a key player in our IT Infrastructure team, you will own the end-to-end capital spend management process, ensuring every dollar is tracked, validated, and optimized. Your responsibilities include: * Capital Spend Oversight: Validate and execute purchase order requests based on funding and project scope. * Lifecycle Management: Track purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Vendor Collaboration: Attend weekly vendor calls and maintain strong communication channels. * Invoice & Equipment Verification: Confirm accuracy and manage equipment tracking. * Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements, develop metrics, and automate workflows. * Financial Analysis: Perform monthly reviews of departmental financial performance vs. plan and provide insights for key capital projects. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with RCE Center of Excellence and global teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely spending. * Global Support: Manage OUS purchase order coordination and intercompany billing. What You Bring * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field-or equivalent experience. * Experience:3+ years in IT Infrastructure, Asset Management, or IT Project Coordination. * 3-5 years in IT within a large or mid-sized multinational healthcare organization preferred. * Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Power BI, and IT infrastructure terminology. * Exceptional communication skills-comfortable presenting recommendations to leadership. * Vendor management experience and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment. Why You'll Love This Role * Be the financial gatekeeper for cutting-edge IT infrastructure projects. * Work with global teams and vendors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Drive process improvements and automation initiatives that make a real impact. * Gain exposure to strategic decision-making and executive-level reporting. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into messy data, making sense of it, and transforming it into clear, actionable insights. If you're part Business Analyst, part Data Analyst, and part Financial Analyst-with a passion for IT infrastructure-this is your opportunity to shine. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
