Summary Project Managers at Manson are responsible for all aspects of the project including: contracts, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, environmental, and ethics compliance. Project Managers plan, direct, and lead project teams to ensure objectives are completed in conformance with schedule and budget. Job Location Long term location will be in Seattle, WA. The Project Manager will begin working in the Seattle, WA office but by Summer 2026 will be on site in Anchorage, AK. Work Environment This position will require relocations or travel depending of the project location and requirements. Physical Demands Position is primarily a field position, and will require travel, including visits and monitoring of construction job sites. Employee must be able to wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) required of various construction work environments (hard hats, personal floatation devices, safety glasses, gloves, safety-toed shoes, respirators, etc. The employee is required to stand, walk, use stairs, ladders, and step stools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or up to 50 pounds. Must be able to navigate stairs, ladders and gangways, board, work on and disembark floating vessels and structures. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
