Financial Data & Performance Management Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Senior Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be instrumental in landing financial and operational data into a common platform, transforming it into actionable insights, and driving performance through enhanced reporting and process optimization. The position will initially be dedicated to supporting FP&A activities, with a strong emphasis on enabling data-driven planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, data modeling, and storytelling with data. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, develop scalable reporting solutions, and recommend improvements to existing processes that elevate business performance.

Data Integration & Transformation:



  • Lead efforts to ingest and harmonize financial and operational data from multiple sources into a unified platform.
  • Design and implement data transformation workflows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability.


Reporting & Analysis



  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear insights into business performance.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.


Narrative & Storytelling



  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support business reviews with insightful commentary and recommendations.


Process Improvement:



  • Evaluate existing FP&A processes and tools, identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting speed, and decision-making quality.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:



  • Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and Business Units to align data strategies and ensure seamless integration.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance and other departments to ensure data needs are met and insights are actionable.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 8+ years of professional finance experience with emphasis in data analytics for financial data
  • Proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform-mainly PowerBI, SAP, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced business or technical degree
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools
