This role is responsible for synthesizing the findings from the Discovery phase and presenting a clear, data-driven delivery analysis for each prioritized initiative. This includes an overview of the estimated effort, a capacity analysis against the team's current commitments, and a transparent summary of key dependencies and technical risks, enabling informed, trade-off-based decision-making.
- Team Facilitation: Act as a dedicated team lead and facilitator for project teams, guiding them through agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Backlog Management: Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to ensure the project backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion agile best practices and a culture of continuous improvement, using retrospectives and performance metrics to help teams optimize their processes and workflow.
- Performance Tracking: Manage and report on key project metrics, such as burn-down/burn-up charts, team velocity, and progress toward goals, using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

If you're already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2... good. You'll fit right in.
