Are you an experienced forklift operator who values safety, consistency, and teamwork? Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced and safety-driven environment. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and have clamp forklift experience, we want to hear from you! Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Up to 10 hours/day with OT) Pay Rate: $21.00/hour What You'll Do: Operate a clamp forklift to safely load, unload, move, and stack product Handle large or fragile items with care and precision using clamp attachments Verify shipment accuracy and inspect for damage Assist with order picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing Load/unload trailers and organize materials for production/shipping Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs Keep warehouse clean and organized, ensuring aisles and exits are clear Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Support other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For: 1+ year of recent forklift experience (clamp attachment preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
