Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Financial Systems to join our Corporate Operations Support team. In this role, you will lead the optimization and alignment of our project financial systems. This includes enhancing efficiency, improving data integrity, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service. This position will primarily focus on financial systems (Procore) and related processes.

Job Responsibilities:

    Lead the implementation, standardization, and optimization of financial systems and processes to improve delivery, efficiency, and data quality.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive systems strategy aligned with organizational goals-ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

  • Drive change management efforts, including communication, training, and process updates to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Oversee release management, coordinating planning, scheduling, and deployment to minimize disruption and ensure successful rollouts.

  • Establish and maintain testing, validation, and quality assurance protocols that ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards.

  • Monitor and analyze data integrity and flow across systems; implement continuous improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure governance, compliance, and consistency across systems and departments.

  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and policies that support teams and promote standardization across the organization.

  • Deliver training and user support to enhance system adoption, capability, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving systems, workflows, and data governance.

  • Audit system data, resolve discrepancies, and educate users on best practices and system enhancements.

  • Provide hands-on support and feedback by visiting jobsites and regional offices as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7+ years of experience (Business Administration, Computer Science, or Construction Management preferred), or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree; 1-2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong understanding of construction project financials, coupled with advanced analytical and technical skills

  • Proficiency with AEC project management applications (Procore)

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

  • Skilled in strategic planning, process optimization, and solution design across multiple teams and functions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
