The Building People, LLC, has an immediate opening for a Space Utilization Analyst supporting the U.S. Army Reserve. This position plays a key role in planning, analyzing, and managing facility utilization and long-range construction programs within the Regional Directorate. We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional-someone comfortable working with data, Excel, and large-scale space planning initiatives. The ideal candidate can translate data into actionable insights, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and support mission-driven decision-making. Recent college graduates with strong analytical or facility planning backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
