Candidates must have previous RPO or Corporate Talent Acquisition experience in recruiting high-volume skilled labor across manufacturing, fire and safety, or similar industry types.

EXPERTISE




  • Consult with customer stakeholders to define position requirements, timelines, mutual expectations, and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff-to-senior-level skilled labor, including Fire & Safety Technicians, Quality Assurance Inspectors, Maintenance Technicians, and similar opportunities across multiple U.S. regions.
  • Deliver on your commitments through KPI metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, fill rate, and hire quality.
  • Source passive talent using advanced search techniques and programs such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other resources.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews, aligning candidate motivators with client value propositions.
  • Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers with detailed executive summaries and market insights.
  • Orchestrate interviews, provide candidate and client interview guidance, and proactively manage feedback loops to drive momentum.
  • Extend offers and manage negotiation stages, ensuring a positive experience for all parties throughout.
  • Document candidate lifecycle in ATS, maintaining compliance, accuracy, and detailed notes at every touchpoint.
  • Partner with broader delivery team and client partners to ensure alignment, visibility, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in workflow design, market feedback, and pipeline analytics.



QUALIFICATIONS




  • 5 or more years of full cycle recruitment experience, including recent focus in skilled labor and industrial services.
  • Prior experience within an RPO or embedded recruiting model.
  • ATS proficiency, iCIMS highly preferred.
  • Dynamic sourcing aptitude using LinkedIn Recruiter, Complex Boolean Search, and other resources.
  • Excellent communication and a consultative approach to client partnerships - must be comfortable with strategically advising client stakeholders.
  • Highly self-directed, adaptable, and proactive with demonstrated success in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
  • Passion for hiring with purpose - connecting people with opportunities that shape the world around us.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $60,000 to $65,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
