Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a partner to the Sales organization by managing all post-sales operational activities - ensuring smooth order processing, billing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all order-related matters, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure timely fulfillment and seamless customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, identifying process gaps, and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Sales to streamline workflows and support business priorities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives and customers on tools, processes, and post-sales best practices.
  • Continually learn and develop a working knowledge of all company processes and procedures; understand and support the department policies and procedures
  • Lead or contribute to projects and process optimization initiatives, focusing on automation, accuracy, and scalability.#LI-MG1

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset - able to understand the commercial impact of operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and regions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, make decisions, and act independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of delivering on multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and SAP (or similar CRM/ERP systems) required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Sales Administration within a global, fast-paced organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement or project ownership.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for operational excellence and customer success.
  • Understanding of B2B/EDI order flows is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system or data errors and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
