Description Rush files, they need to close within 24hours - make corrections Working guidelines Que of 40-50 they need to work Cash to close changes DTI changes Making changes to loans Add conditions from the loans Skills loan processor, Loans Top Skills Details loan processor Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of loan processing experience Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans Need experience with purchasing not just refi's FHA/VA/Conventional experience VA, Funding fees, COE's (to know how veterans will qualify) Encompass preferred Schedule: Monday to Friday; Onsite 8AM to 5PM #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
