Department OverviewGlobal Services Strategy, Business Intelligence & Operations is responsible for providing strategy and analytics and guidance to support the SVP, Global Services with business analysis, data modeling and recommendations on key decisions. The group works cross-functionally with field teams, service delivery, new offer management, and other internal stakeholders on high-profile projects. Job Description

You will work alongside the company's Global Services Business Intelligence & Operations team helping to solve business problems using data via quantitative analysis, development of metrics & KPIs, financial modeling and dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, assess development effort, and establish project plans with clear milestones.

  • BI Development & Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain insightful Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and reports to deliver key business insights to executive and internal customers.

  • Data Governance & Integrity: Own the end-to-end data lifecycle by establishing and maintaining a "source of truth" for key data, performing detailed data validation, and driving improvements in data integrity and report automation.

Required Skills:

  • BI & Visualization: Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server for report creation, dashboard development, and publishing.

  • Data Querying & Manipulation: Advanced ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis, manipulation, and extraction.

  • Data Integration: Proven experience connecting to, joining, and transforming data from disparate sources (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, custom databases).

  • Data Architecture: Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.

  • Advanced Analytics (Preferred): Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data preparation for modeling, and integrating AI/ML insights within Tableau.

  • Data Visualization: 3+ years of professional experience building data visualizations and dashboards, with proficiency in Tableau.

  • SQL: 3+ years of professional experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

  • Data Acumen: Experience with data validation and cleansing; comfortable working with ambiguous or incomplete data sets.

  • Business Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.

  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business and financial principles to effectively interpret customer needs and data-driven insights.

  • Systems Experience: Familiarity with ITSM and CRM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, PureCloud) would be beneficial.

Target Base Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 USD
