The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $70,000-$95,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

  • Corporate Communications Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute global internal communication plan and strategies that align with business priorities.

  • Manage internal communications and campaigns that promote business priorities, company culture, employee engagement, success and recognition, and business function updates.

  • Directs global communications efforts to engage employees, increase business literacy, support and manage change, and maintain focus on delivering results.

  • Coaches business partner leadership on how to effectively communicate internally.

  • Internal Content Creation and Management

  • Research, write, and edit recurring internal communications, including digital newsletters, updates, and employee features.

  • Create supporting materials such as event scripts, talking points, stories, and presentations consulting.

  • Draft and refine executive communications, including speeches, video scripts, and announcements.

  • Collaborate on crisis communication plans and ensure timely, transparent messaging during disruptions.

  • Intranet & Digital Content Management

  • Manage and maintain the accuracy and relevance of content posted to the global intranet, including news stories, department overviews, and HR materials.

  • Ensure digital internal channels are up to date and support the communication needs of regional employees.

  • Support Functional Business Communications

  • Serve as the primary internal communication lead for critical business initiatives communications.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to craft informative content that highlights key initiatives and business successes.

  • Write, format, and distribute clear and engaging messaging for employee consumption.

  • Video, Visual, & Digital Content Support

  • Assist in the brainstorming, creation, production, and marketing of internal videos, podcasts, and other digital channels.

  • Partner with creative teams to enhance visual storytelling in support of global campaigns.

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a global or logistics/supply chain environment.

  • Exceptional, writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex topics into clear, engaging messages.

  • Experience with intranet platforms, content management systems, and digital communication tools.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in team environment or independently, and build strong internal relationships.
