Here at KI, we're looking for a 1st Shift Fabrication Supervisor to join our team!
If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys driving process improvements, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As a key part of our production leadership, you'll help guide our fabrication team toward operational excellence while ensuring top-tier product quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support technicians, optimizing labor and cell flow for efficiency and quality
• Manage production schedules, inventory needs, staffing, and workflow decisions
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Maintain open communication with technicians and leadership
• Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel matters in compliance with state and federal laws

What You Bring:

• Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred)
