The CRM Analyst serves on a team of CRM professionals who provide technical resource for the university's CRM systems, including Technolutions Slate and Salesforce. This role resolves a wide range of business process issues by designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the CRMs and integrated SaaS applications for workflow and forms. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to support the entire student lifecycle, from prospective students to alumni engagement, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience.

Information Technology Solutions is recruiting for 2 positions. Both positions are classified as predominantly remote with occasional visits to campus as needed. Working hours will be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

The full salary range for the Business Analyst is $75,900 - $137,300 annually. However, the pay scale for these positions is up to $100,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
