Aerospace Procurement Operations Specialist

PPG has an exciting opportunity available for a Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Aerospace team.

This role can be based out of any of the following Aerospace ASC locations: Atlanta (Kennesaw), Los Angeles (Valencia), Philadelphia, Dallas, or Indianapolis. You will be required to be onsite for the initial training period before beginning the hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase order (PO) management: pull PO reports and place orders as scheduled

• Review supplier acknowledgements and cost updates, and update system

• Complete assigned tickets promptly and accurately

• Maintain approved supplier list

• Run late order report and provide updates

• Send a list of orders with tracking information to receiving department for coordination

• Prioritize urgent issues and communicate any delays proactively

• Collaborate with analysts and receiving teams to ensure data accuracy and updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred

• 1+ year of supply chain, planning, or procurement experience

• Knowledge of QAD and forecasting methodology preferred

• Aerospace experience preferred

• Salary range for this position is $62,000-$70,000.
