Area Sales Manager - Specialty Rental (ASM - Outside Salesperson) - Shreveport, LA

We are looking for an experienced and results-drivern Area Sales Manager with a proven ability to increase revenue, grow market share, and build strong customer relationships across the specialty rental and steam soutions industries. Skilled in full-cycle sales management, territory development, soluition selling, and customer engagement. Brings strong technical acumen, a growth mindset, and a customer-first mentality to deliver tailored equipment solutions and outstanding service.

You will

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through job site visits, business meetings, and cold calling
• Maintin and expand relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts
• Analyze territory trends and market data to inform strategy
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, quoting, negotiation, installation and post-sale support
• Create and deliver tailored presentations that address customer pain points
• Track opportunities and update CRM (Salesforce) with high-quality, timely data
• Develop and execute a terrioty business plan aligned with company goals and KPS's
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Work with technical teams to assess customer needs, size equipment and develop solutions
• Assist with onboarding and equipment traing at customer sites

• Minimum: Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field OR equivalent industry experience
• You have 3 - 5 years of successful outside sales experience in industrial equipment/services such as air compressors, boilers, chillers, steam generators, or HVAC
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Growth mindset and resilient approach to challenges
• Technical problem-solving and solution-selling capabilities
• Must have clean driving record for past 36 months
• Must have valid drivers license
