Position Summary:The Logistics Specialistsupports the preparation, assembly, and management of non-explosive canine training aids and related logistics operations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient shipping coordination, and timely delivery of quality products in support of Federal training programs. The position requires strong attention to detail, data management proficiency, and the ability to support multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

** This position does report onsite 5 days a weekEgg Harbor Township, NJ**Responsibilities:

• Create, track inventory and supplies forand assemble canine non-explosive training aids.
• Support logistics personnel in assisting with packing, shipping and tracking field shipments.
• Perform inventory and status reporting, deliverable reviews and schedule monitoring to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
• Input and maintain program data records in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
• Interpret data and provide information and recommendations to improve program efficiency.
• Assist in development of program documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• This position may evolve to include support functions that involve the handling of explosive materials to include explosive trainingaid prep and quality control and explosive inventory analysis.
• Supports all associated activities associated with execution of the CEB process.
• Serve as a liaison between the Federal stakeholders and the NEDCTP contract management team, configure non-explosive training aids, maintain and assist in performing supply inventories, coordinate field shipments, be able to maintain a project schedule, and data entry/monitoring.
• Maintain and manage canine training aid inventory in Excel.
• Assembling and configuring training aid kits to support field personnel.
• Review shipment schedules and ensure timely preparation of training aid kits and supplies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize, set priorities, and determine resource requirements.
• Experience working in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven while exercising problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work onsite in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
• Experience working in a government contracting environment preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a TSA Public Trust clearance (suitability determination).

The annual salary range for this position is $32,000.00 to $42,000.00.Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
