Position Title: Bilingual HR Generalist Wage: Based on Experience We're looking for a talented, growth-oriented HR professional to join a fast-growing, family-friendly company in Kalona, IA committed to quality, sustainability, and a positive workplace culture. The Bilingual HR Generalist will provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, policies, and procedures. This is a high-priority role with opportunities to make a real impact.
