Integration Engineer, Lead

The Opportunity:

On our team, you'll lead initiatives in designing, developing, and executing software integration solutions that drive real impact for the U.S. Air Force. Drawing on proven methodologies, including lifecycle management, application integration techniques, and Agile practices, you'll collaborate with engineering teams to integrate and configure systems ranging from training platforms to emerging technologies and mission-critical applications. Using state-of-the-art tools, you'll lead integration efforts from planning through execution, ensuring each project meets rigorous design requirements and compliance standards from start to finish.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in supporting Department of Defense mission critical systems
• Experience in applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF), implementing DoD security controls, and supporting system accreditation
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, remote connectivity solutions, and network hardware including routers, bridges, and firewalls
• Ability to architect, integrate, and manage complex systems across distributed simulation environments
• Ability to obtain a Secret clerance
• HS diploma or GED
• Information Assurance Training (IAT) Level 2 Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Air Force or DOD acquisitions, program planning, and coordination, including use of Microsoft Project and Excel to support these activities
• Experience with Computer Generated Forces (CGF) tools like MACE or MAK
• Experience working with virtual scene generation tools like VBS, VRSG, or similar applications
• Experience with cloud technology, software virtualization and containerization,Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, and Digital Engineering
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
