Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan - must be 18 years of age to participate.

Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligible employer.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are going paperless for our loan files. This means scanning upwards of 4,000 loan files into our computer system. We need a designated employee strictly for this project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Operate and maintain equipment: Use high-speed scanners to convert paper documents into digital formats and perform routine maintenance to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Prepare documents: Organize, prepare, and sometimes destroy physical documents for scanning.
  • Quality control: Review scanned images for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. Check that data has been captured correctly.
  • Organize and index: Name and organize digital files, index them into electronic systems, and manage data for easy retrieval.
  • Adhere to procedures: Follow established protocols for document imaging and data management.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity


Education:



  • A High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred


Experience:



  • One (1) year of administrative experience or Bank Work$ training is required
