Role Snapshot The Senior Leave and Accommodation Administrator ensures organizational success by managing leave of absence, workers' compensation, and workplace accommodation programs with a focus on both regulatory and organizational compliance and productivity. The role serves as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees providing expertise in the navigation of complex health-related challenges while safeguarding business continuity. By integrating risk management with employee support, the Senior Leave and Accommodation Administrator strengthens a culture of accountability, resilience, and sustainable performance. Salary Range $75,000 - $85,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Work Location Our first consideration will be to have this new employee live in the Greater Madison, WI area to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees living within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to work in the office 2 days a week.
