Press Ganeyhas an exciting opportunity for an Employee Experience (EX) Solution Director whose primary responsibilities are to drive growth and expansion of all Employee Experience solutions. This role is pivotal in driving business development, deepening client relationships, and positioning Press Ganey as the premier partner for Employee Experience in healthcare. The Press Ganey platform is purpose-built for healthcare; our people have decades of experience with employee engagement in healthcare. Together, they are a powerful resource that gives our customers the tools to rally everyone-their leaders, their front-line workers, and their staff. This role can beremote (work from home)in the U.S. or based in ourChicago, Boston or South Bend hubs. For those in-office, we follow a hybrid model-Tuesdays through Thursdays in-office, with flexibility to work from home on other days and adjusted when traveling. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 - $155,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
