Job description
The Project Coordinator supports PRI's project teams by managing communications, documentation, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and exceed quality expectations. This role works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to track deliverables, support team activities, and uphold PRI's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and documentation to ensure timely and high-quality execution. - Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams, representing PRI management. - Support the development of SOPs and workflows, including Section 508-compliant materials. - Prepare and maintain technical reports, meeting materials, and project summaries. - Track project assignments and progress, ensuring alignment across disciplines. - Manage version control and formatting for project documents. - Assist with process improvements and ensure compliance with PRI's quality standards. Core Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in healthcare, sociology, communications, English, or related field. - Minimum 5 years' experience supporting project management, preferably in government or healthcare settings. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio, Teams, Zoom). - Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $55,598 - $72,300 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
