Con Edison is embarking on a major transformation, transitioning legacy Learning Management System and Human Resource Systems to Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud. We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Professional to help ensure a smooth and successful adoption across the enterprise.The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to plan and execute change management strategies that drive employee engagement, minimize disruption, and achieve full user adoption.Key Objectives:Build and execute a comprehensive change management and communications strategy to support the HCM cloud transition.Engage and prepare stakeholders at all levels, ensuring consistent, timely, and effective messaging.Create a sustainment strategy or plan for lasting commitment and adoption beyond the project closeDevelop detailed communication, engagement and training plans to effectively execute and track key milestones and change activities.Support organizational readiness through proactive planning, training, alignment, and resistance management.
Core Responsibilities
- Stakeholder & Impact Assessment: Identify, analyze, and document stakeholders and change impacts for the reporting portfolio.
- Engagement & Resistance Management: Understand critical stakeholder needs and develop effective engagement and resistance management plans.
- Change Execution: Implement change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities, mobilizing, preparing, and guiding a network of departmental change agents to facilitate two-way communication.
- Communication Development: Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling communications and visually appealing materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, job aids, FAQs, videos, online content).
- Training Partnership: Collaborate with the Training Team to align engagement tactics, learning sessions, and readiness activities that prepare the organization for change.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Human Resources, Information Technology and Learning & Inclusion teams to maintain consistent messaging and content.
- Measurement & Feedback: Assist in identifying and tracking key metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management and communications strategies.
- Ensures compliance of the company's job posting policy/practice. Partners with hiring managers to support recruitment needs through the interview/selection process. Provides guidance to hiring managers and talent acquisition team on applicant tracking system and other recruitment related systems.
- Ensure implementation of company safety, health, and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with company policy and governmental regulations.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment and provide guidance to Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure consistency of employer branding in all Talent Acquisition communications and build brand awareness through both internal and external partnerships utilizing social media and other resources.
- Provide labor market expertise, implement diversity sourcing strategies, and provide interview tips and training.
- Ability to develop strategic plans in support of talent acquisition goals with the ability to execute effectively.
- Design, implement and assess results of customer satisfaction surveys to identify opportunities for process improvement and ways to elevate the customer experience (applicants and hiring managers).
- Data-driven mindset for measuring engagement and adoption success.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related work experience, or
- Associate's Degree and 7 years of related work experience, or
- High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of related work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Management and 5 years of related work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and other communication tools, required. Required
- Proven ability to develop stakeholder engagement plans, communications plans, and training programs, required. Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable messaging, required. Required
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight, required. Required
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders, required. Required
- 3-5 years of professional experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or large-scale technology implementations, required. Preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM cloud platforms is preferred. Preferred
