Position Objective:

Primary responsibilities are the complete function of Logistics Coordinator I with the added below. While always ensuring the 7 R's of logistics are met (Right product, in the Right quantity, in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price.)

Responsibilities:




  • Common responsibilities are but not limited to:



    • Support Management with Internal/External audits.


      • Including Financial audits.


    • Support with resolving daily shipping and or receiving discrepancies.
    • Support management with overseeing the daily shipping/receiving functions.
    • Run routine reports in SAP
    • Support management with training of new Logistic associates.
    • Support management with investigating Non-Conformances, Corrective/Preventative Actions and Field assurance complaints.
    • Support/Oversee completion of all housekeeping tasks.



    Shipping Responsibilities are not limited to:



    • Fully proficient with Domestics orders while becoming knowledgeable with International distribution of finished goods.

      • Complete Human Tissue orders (Via FedEx/UPS and Freight Forwarder)





      • Complete Medical Device orders (complete SED/SLI)



    Receiving Responsibilities are not limited to:



    • Ensure product is correctly received and re-stacked product per SOP.
    • Support management with ensuring all product is labeled per procedure (in-receipts/quarantined).


    Note: Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of the position at any time to support current business needs.



Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School diploma, some collegiate education preferred.

Computer skills (Microsoft suites, SAP).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Detailed and organized.

Ability to lift 70lbs several times a day.

2-5 years' Experience
