The Vice President of Investor Relations will be an integral part of the management team and will lead the investor relations function, ensuring open communications and strong relationships with equity analysts and investors. This position plans all aspects of the company's investor relations objectives and activities working closely with the CEO, CFO, and VP of Communications. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

LOCATION: The ideal home base for this position is in Bismarck, ND, or Bend, OR. Consideration will be given to alternative locations near our operations across our 14-state footprint as well as remote.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field and 10+ years of investor relations experience.
  • Ability to create and analyze financial models to measure company performance relative to analyst and investor models.
  • Ability to set priorities, multitask, and monitor own workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance and "best practices" as a public company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Significant travel required and may include up to two weeks at a time on the road/out of state for Investor Conferences, NDRs, Board Meetings, and Quarterly Earnings.


Duties and/or Responsibilities:



      • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain investors and analysts while maintaining strong relationships with existing stakeholders.
      • Evaluate, design, and implement policies, procedures and guidelines on information provided to investment community.
      • Ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements related to financial disclosures and reporting.
      • Oversee the development, production, and coordination of investor relations communication materials for conferences, events, and road shows.
      • Organize quarterly earnings calls, including the preparation of scripts and presentation materials.
      • Prepare management for question and answer sessions.
      • Solicit and review questions from both current and prospective investors or analysts and provide responses.
      • Monitor consensus and opinions to understand market perceptions of the company.
      • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform company strategy and decision making.
