The Job at a Glance The Vice President of IT for Parts Town Americas (PTA) will serve as the senior technology leader for the division, acting as a trusted partner to business leadership and a key member of the PTA Senior Leadership Team. This role will lead all aspects of IT strategy, delivery, operations, governance, and culture for PTA, ensuring technology enables growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. The VP will oversee a team spanning applications, infrastructure, and operations, and will establish clear roadmaps, governance frameworks, and communication routines that align business priorities with technology outcomes. This leader will also champion innovation, drive engagement as a culture leader, and embed governance and architectural discipline across PTA IT. The VP will work closely with the Group CIO and divisional IT leaders to share learnings, drive standardization, and seek efficiencies. In addition, the VP will lead transformation initiatives across core platforms, drive integrations across ERP, WMS, CRM, and EDI, and collaborate with the Data team to embed AI and unlock business enablers that deliver value at scale. This role also requires strong vendor management skills and the ability to leverage the broader ecosystem of partners to accelerate innovation, optimize delivery, and maximize business value. The salary range for this role is $219,000 - 327,576 salary which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
