JOB SUMMARY
As a Co-op, you will be part of the team from day one and given training and tasks that are important and impactful to our projects' success.
Success in this role depends on the Co-op's initiative and teamwork. A successful Co-op will support the Commissioning Team's efforts to review project documents for accuracy, build successful tracking systems for equipment startup and functional testing, assist in assignment of work activities for commissioning technicians, and be a part of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving deficiencies found during the commissioning process and/or warranty period for construction projects. A top-achieving Co-op may gain the opportunity to be a part of a full commissioning effort for a large construction project under a Commissioning Project Manager's guidance. McKenney's has a long history of success in hiring Co-ops and supporting their evolution into industry leaders. Many of our current senior leaders began their journey in the Co-op program.
