Applicants must have a CDL Class A license and learn to run our loader. OTJ training for loader operations is provided. We provide service to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Overtime is frequently available and often required but not guaranteed. This is a night position, working 12-hour shifts.

Core Duties and responsibilities can include, but are not limited to any of the following:



  • Operation of trailer dump.
  • Operation front end loader. Training provided
  • Stockpile grooming- Training provided
  • Occasional travel to other Sprague facilities out of state may be required
  • Other duties as required


Education / Experience / Skill Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CDL Class A driver's license
  • Two years tractor trailer experience
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Able to pass a background check for obtaining a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card
  • Ability to maintain CDL Class A DOT medical card
