As Senior Data Scientist at Epicor, you will be a key contributor to our growing AI team, helping us unlock the full potential of machine learning and advanced analytics. You will apply cutting-edge techniques to derive insights from complex datasets, drive innovation across our product portfolio, and shape the future of intelligent business solutions. You will be responsible for building scalable models, experimenting with LLMs, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful outcomes. What you will be doing: Apply machine learning and AI algorithms to uncover insights and solve business challenges Mine, process, clean, and validate large structured and unstructured datasets Develop and experiment with advanced LLM techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems Perform statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and other modern tools Contribute to the evolution of Epicor's AI strategy through research and innovation What you will likely bring: Proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning applications Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications Experience working with Snowflake and implementing RAG-based solutions What could set you apart: Solid foundation in statistical analysis and mathematical modeling Experience with data cleansing, validation, and modeling best practices Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment #LI-HYBRID #LI-MB2 About Epicor At Epicor, we're truly a team.
