What Success Looks Like

• Drive sales success by preparing detailed specs, cost estimates, concept drawings, and precise quotations.
• Translate customer requirements into equipment solutions, clearly noting any exceptions to specifications.
• Build and maintain direct client relationships, delivering timely technical guidance and support.
• Apply creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to meet changing client needs.
• Partner with sales to identify customer requirements across GFS products and product lines.
• Leverage advanced engineering tools and design software to deliver accurate, efficient solutions.
• Support strategic department initiatives that fuel business growth and align with corporate goals.

Qualifications That Shine

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• 3-5 years in construction or manufacturing, with strong understanding of construction documents.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Quick learner with the ability to apply technical concepts effectively.
• High-quality, timely execution of tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical communication and team collaboration skills.
• Mechanical aptitude a plus.
