Brown and Caldwell has an immediate opening for a Sr Associate Environmental Engineer or Civil Engineer to grow our Permitting and Compliance team based in Boise, Idaho. We are seeking a motivated, achievement-oriented individual who is actively engaged in environmental engineering to advance our relationship with strategic clients (both private sector and municipal) through multi-media permitting and operational compliance primarily in Idaho. This person can help us fulfill our commitment to deliver client success on each and every project we undertake. You will also work with nationally recognized, senior technical staff, as well as have the opportunity to supervise junior staff. We are looking for a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. This role offers a chance to mentor and lead more junior technical staff while making a significant impact on environmental management and regulatory compliance. Occasional travel may be required. You will take the lead in managing and delivering environmental permitting and compliance projects with a focus on multi-media permitting, stormwater management, spill prevention, and operational regulatory compliance, with opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives and cultivate strong client relationships. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
