As the Paid Media Director for Region North America at COS, you will lead the growth, strategy, and development of full-funnel marketing across brand and performance channels to achieve customer growth, increased brand awareness, and commercial goals.

What you will do:

  • Lead the full-funnel marketing strategy for North America, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
  • Set and manage the annual marketing budget and KPIs, adjusting quarterly based on performance across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion stages.
  • Oversee a wide range of marketing channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, Influencer, CTV, Display, OOH, and Direct Mail.
  • Analyze performance and ROI, optimizing budget allocation to drive efficient, high-quality growth in brand awareness, sales, and customer acquisition.
  • Provide strategic input on marketing assets, influencing timing and content to support campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead seasonal campaign execution, from planning through to measurement and evaluation across all channels.
  • Ensure clear reporting and insights are shared with senior stakeholders and used to inform future strategy and channel optimization.
  • Drive innovation in marketing, spearheading an ongoing test-and-learn agenda, exploring new channels, and approaches to content to keep COS competitive and forward-thinking.
  • Support regional expansion, leading marketing efforts for COS.com launches in new Americas markets and new channels like marketplace or social commerce.
  • Manage and develop employees on your team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, E-Commerce, PR & Comms colleagues, as well as Global teams, ongoing and for flagship events like New York Fashion Week and brand campaign launches etc.
  • Own the regional marketing agency and marketing platform partner relationships, including rendering and contract negotiations and developing strong partnerships that improve our ability to reach our strategic goals.

What you need to succeed

  • Expert understanding of all paid marketing channels and effectively managing a full-funnel marketing budget
  • Experience developing a full-funnel marketing strategy and vision that balances achieving short-term sales and long-term brand awareness goals
  • Expert in digital marketing tools and platforms, including affiliate networks, search marketings tools, display advertising platforms, and social media platforms
  • Experience deploying and interpreting a range of marketing measurement and attribution methods, including MMM, incrementality tests, and brand lift studies
  • Proven track record of successfully driving numerous full-funnel brand and performance campaigns, from strategy, to execution, to testing, to post-campaign analysis
  • Proven track record of repeatedly achieving sales goals, driving efficient high-quality new customer acquisition, and growing brand awareness
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills
  • Experienced with managing direct reports and developing high-potential marketing talent
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent in communicating data, outcomes, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and skilled at tailoring content to the audience.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrixed organization, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions and translate into insights and strategy.
  • A love of fashion and retail with deep understanding of COS's competitor landscape and target customer segment

Compensation: $125,800 - $175,000
