As the Regional Head of E-Commerce, you will lead the Regional E-Commerce team and be responsible for the sales performance, customer experience, and overall profitability of the COS North America E-Commerce Business. In partnership with other members of the Regional and Global Leadership teams, you will lead the launch of new digital channels, marketplaces, and/or social commerce with an open mind to operate, prioritize, and structure teams differently based on business needs and evolution. This is a newly created role at COS North America, reflecting our continued digital growth in one of our most important markets. We're looking for a true e-commerce enthusiast - someone passionate about driving digital sales and delivering a seamless online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, and be confident managing the entire online customer journey - from initial site interaction through to post-purchase support, including customer service, delivery, and logistics.
