Office Assistants/District Office Assistant (12 months) 10/14/2025 District Service Center (DSC) ASAP 10/21/2025 Assignment: Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. District Service Center Wages and Benefits: Minimum hourly rate: $26.91 Click here to view the wage schedule. Wages can be found in Appendix A. Medical and dental benefit eligible position. Click here to view benefit details. Job Responsibilities: 1. Student Accounting Reporting: a. Collects and maintains open enrollment out of district data; verifies through MARSS.
b. Works with other personnel in other districts to obtain Resident data needed to accurately track in census. c. Verifies tuition agreements for SPED tuition billing. d. Collects and manages all non-public from private schools that have ISD 276 residents attend. e. Collects Homeschool forms for residents of Minnetonka and tracks data in SIS f. Responsible for compiling data for and completing the MDE Compulsory Instruction Compliance Data Report 2. Coordinates and oversees new registration for Tonka Online. Performs Skyward data entry for Tonka Online Supplemental enrollments.
3. Maintains the District's student information system, including enrollment, withdrawal, enrollment changes, address master, family maintenance, emergency contacts and reporting purposes for Early Childhood Screening and Tonka Online. 4. Serves as liaison for Non-Public and Homeschool families. Provides excellent customer service to current and prospective families. Communicate state rules and regulations pertaining to Non-Public and Homeschool families. Assists with aid entitlement. 5. Processes requests for graduated students records, transcripts, and graduation verifications. Ensures compliance with record retention and audit requirements. 6. Tracks and verifies all residents attending another public/charter school to ensure proper funding allocation from the state. Using MARSS reports verifies this data, follows up with other districts for accuracy in resident district funding. 7. Collects, enters and maintains census information using multiple sources. Responsible for managing and compiling data for the MDE 0-4 Census Data Reporting. 8. Serves as the main coverage for the front desk positions during lunch breaks. 9. Assists with the biannual election process, including participating in all election trainings and workshops and performing any election activities and duties as necesssary under the direction of the Coordinator of Purchasing, Insurance & Elections. 10. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level. Job Qualifications:
